ONE TEAM-ONE COACH-ONE GOAL

The registration form can be picked up at the elementary school. The program is for ages 7 to 14 years old and must be 7 by June 1, 2008. The child’s or children’s birth certificate is required at registration. Cost is $50.00 for the entire summer with a payment plan available. The day of registration you can pay CSI either by check, cash, credit card, or ask for the payment plan. Included are breakfast, lunch, tee shirts, shorts, and one pair of tennis shoes. Daily sports, education and devotional sessions.

Discipline criteria will be given to all parents and children. The discipline criteria will be talked about many times with children so they have a clear understanding.
